The founder of STIB Solutions grew up bilingual in São Paulo, spending formative years in both Brazil and the United States — which gave them an instinctive feel for the cultural and linguistic bridges international business demands. After studying Letras at the University of São Paulo (USP) and completing an MBA at FGV, they began their interpretation career servicing US and European corporations entering Brazil's post-2002 economic boom.
By 2010, after interpreting for over 200 multinational companies including Fortune 500 executives and government delegations, STIB Solutions was formally incorporated as a business language services firm — the acronym standing for Solutions in Translation and Internationalization for Businesses.
The firm grew organically through referrals — a Japanese automotive delegation one week, a US pharma company's ANVISA hearing the next. Today, STIB works with executives from over 30 countries, with particular depth in the financial, legal, agribusiness, mining, and pharmaceutical sectors.
